MRAP is an 18-month, VA-approved training pathway for transitioning service members,
veterans, and military dependents. The only real estate apprenticeship in the nation
that lets eligible participants draw a Monthly Housing Allowance while they learn the business.
Five programs, one standard. MCA is the foundation — AMCA and MMCA build on it in order. MAP and MRAP are separate ways into the network.

Income while you train, not after.
Most career changes into real estate ask you to go without income for the first year. MRAP does not. It is a VA-approved apprenticeship, which means eligible participants receive a Monthly Housing Allowance through the GI Bill while completing hands-on training under top MORE agents.
Whether you are transitioning from active duty, recently separated, or a dependent building a future, MRAP offers structured training, income support, and a direct route into the MORE certification system using education benefits you have already earned.

Before You Start
Prerequisites
- Hold a valid, current real estate license. (You can earn your license during an approved SkillBridge program)
- Be eligible for VA education benefits. (Chapter 31, 33, or 35 — Post-9/11 GI Bill, Veteran Readiness and Employment, or Survivors' benefits.)

- Complete MCA, AMCA, and MMCA courseware within 18 months. All three certifications, inside the apprenticeship window.
- Pass every certification final exam.
- Complete twenty VA loan transactions. In coordination with your assigned coach.
