Three tracks, one standard.
SkillBridge participants at MORE get a behind-the-scenes view of how a fast-growing, military-operated real estate company runs. The placements are built around real work with measurable outcomes: projects that shape the national network, support military families, and build the systems behind the company.
With command approval, you can train with MORE full-time for up to 180 days while your military pay, allowances, and benefits continue. You leave with civilian experience, professional certifications, and a portfolio of results that carries into any industry you pursue.
Real Estate Sales
Work the client-facing side of a military-operated brokerage, from lead through closing, alongside agents who serve PCS and VA-backed transactions every day.

Run campaigns, content, and brand work for a national network, and own projects with results you can point to on a resume.
