The MCA certification is built for real estate professionals committed to delivering exceptional service to military members, veterans, and their families. It is the prerequisite for everything else in the MORE system, and the gate into a network of elite military-affiliated agents.
It suits a newly licensed agent transitioning from a previous career and an experienced agent equally. The course is the same 25 hours either way, because the standard is the same either way.

Before You Start
Prerequisites
- Active real estate license.
- Proof of military affiliation.
Active duty · Veteran of the Armed Services · Military spouse (married during the spouse’s active service) · Military child (alive during the parent’s active service)

- Validate your military affiliation
- Complete the MCA courseware. (25 hours, the core required course)
- Pass the MCA final exam.
- Provide proof of three VA loan transactions.
